I love the whale shark as well! I love all sharks in general actually. I've always loved watching shark documentaries on Disney+, so it's an easy choice for me haha

The Stringfish. It’s a winter-exclusive fish, and it’s worth 15,000 Bells.

Actually, I like all of the 15,000-Bell fish, and they were a whole lot easier to find and catch in ACNL.

I love the giant fish, it's hilarious seeing them pulled up and then your character is dwarfed by this giant thing.

the piranha! i specifically like that it follows you around and tries to eat you when you visit the fish exhibit

All of the crabs! They're pretty fast and fun to chase after, and they sell for a good amount too! It's also fun to watch them wiggle their legs around. I had to choose just one favorite it would have to be the mitten crab. They've been the most challenging to find, at least for me.
