I liked how people were there ( than how people are in TBT shhh xD ). Pocket Camp people taking over is true. It had started sorta confusing. Y'know, posts about NL and PC were both together in the same thread.
I didn't post much there. I was only reading the posts, for educational purpose. It's weird, I once had a feeling that you're kinda like people in there.
I don't think it's exactly Kanji. Maybe it's the design that looks like it? In real life the kanji on the flower sign is「祝 開店」as this sign is supposed to be displayed next to the entrance door of newly opened shops, as a gift from someone. Though, it usually is sent just as a business manner. 祝 means celebrate/acknowledge, and 開 means opening, 店 means shop btw.
None of my Korean friends no longer play NL sadly. I have a few that I was handed by Isabelle at those Korean friend's town at the time, if you don't find it that way.
Yo Regarding your question, no, not all of my towns. One was my family's, one was the game I bought for myself, three are Christmas/Birthday gift, and the rest are the ones my friends used to play.
