| Semi-messy - 5 TBT (Example: A few weeds, some unwanted flowers to get rid of, and a small number of trees needed to be chopped). | Messy - 10 TBT (Example: A lot of weeds, places to dig up, a large abundance of flowers to get rid of, and some trees need to be chopped). | Very messy - 20 TBT (Example: An extreme amount of weeds, a lot of things needed to be dug up, trees need to be chopped, stumps removed, organization of items on the ground) |
I'm available anytime on weekdays after 4pm EST. On weekends, I am mostly always available.
If something comes up and your order has to be rescheduled, that's ok! Please bear with me, as I too have a busy life.
If you would like to negotiate the price, I'm always open to doing so! However, any very low offers will be denied.
