One of my off-island duckies Joey,visited his resident rep's house for the first time.He certainly made the most of it:

That is one excited duck.He's been bottling it up for over two years.

Whoa,that's way better than a piece of fruit.

Mouth fishing and smell reviews?Geez,I think I have the wrong cable provider.

Two years.....that's just about right.

I finally found a suit with a necktie for Weber.All of my male villagers get suits and/or sweaters with a necktie.Hey,you never know when they'll get invited to a fancy dinner party with a dress code.

I was fooling around at Harv's.I put the ducks in denim vests as kind of a shout out to my New Leaf pig town Bam!.Pompom thought they looked tacky so she didn't wear one.

What's new?Well,my oblivious friend,it's something as plain as the nose....er,bill on your face......or actually my face.Quack.

Gams??Geez,how old are these snooty girls supposed to be?Old time actors like Humphrey Bogart and James Cagney used to refer to women's legs as "gams" back in the movies from the 30's and 40's: "Hot diggity dog,that dame has some swell gams!"

Yep,not a thing missing.....one thing in particular,I'd say.

My favorite ducky girl Maelle had a birthday last week.I gave her a fancy Kiki and Lala dress as a gift hoping I'd get her photo in return but no dice.Oh,well.

I witnessed some bill on bill action between Bill and Quillson.There are other species with various beaks and other protruding proboscises but it seems like the ducks have more of a problem with bumping into each other with their extended nasal apparatus.

The butterflies were out in force today.I can't believe it took a year and a half to catch a peacock butterfly.

A rare appearance from Don Resetti at The Roost.I don't think Sonny ever keeps his cool.

Yeah...from that New Leaf thing that happened a while back.I had a different name back then.......and not nearly as many pixels.

This is why Quillson is the wisest duck on the island.

There was an incident on Billington last Bunny Day.Zipper T. Bunny was attacked by an unknown assailant.He sustained injuries delivered by a blunt instrument of some sort.Investigators stated that the suspected blunt instrument used in the crime had a shape similar to "a duck's bill".We have finally located some surveillance footage from the day of the crime and there is a blurred image of Mr.Bunny's possible attacker.Several ducks have been brought in for questioning.

Drake had a birthday recently.I would have given him a fancier gift but I gave him a tuxedo not long ago and figured that he didn't need any more formal wear.Plus,if he wants to go bowling he's covered.

Yes,more Pompom.I'll ask her to gain weight.The Bug-Off isn't the most exciting island event.I liked New Leaf's Bug-Off more,especially when Nat would drool over the bugs he was given.

Yeah,yeah....it's got depth and perfectly balanced acidity but I think it was the clean cup that made it so good.

I redesigned Ducky's house.I think green and yellow are good duck colors.

I'm a sucker for a diagonal bridge.I had to do a fair bit of waterscaping but I managed to whack it in there.

A storm might be in the works.What's with that bubbly stuff on the water?I fear that there might be an underwater alien base off the shore of Billington.Hmm....that could explain Quillson.

Yeah,Quillson....Madonna started the "pop diva" thing in the early Eighties but technically, the pop diva phenomenon can be traced all the way back to the Sixties with Diana Ross and Aretha Franklin progressing into the Seventies with the likes of Linda Ronstadt and Stevie Nicks with.......oops.I think I'm trying to human-splain this thing.

Oo-la-la....I do believe Maelle has a bit of a crush on the island's other human being,Otto.Well,ducky lady,I don't know if Otto goes for interspecies relationships but I'll put in a good word for you.

The Otto Obsession

Mystery man Otto has captured the imagination of the ducks.They have long memories of an obscure secondary player character that I added just to have more storage space.I'll dust him off and see how they react:

Yeah,I suppose it's been a while since Otto last mingled with the ducks.In New Leaf,I seem to remember that the villagers would forget about secondary,non-mayor characters after a certain amount of time.Well,I'll just have to play him more often but what can he do besides walk around talking to the sensitive ducks?I will make him be the island's Official Weed Puller and Tree Branch Picker Upper Guy/Sensitive Duck Counselor.
