What about birthday balloon? Like this almost:

With or without the 'Happy Birthday'
And I was thinking numbers, but figured not everyone wants their birthday age out there, so how about instead, the birthday balloon being coloured the same as your birthday gemstone?? So not only can you have the gemstone, but a birthday balloon next or above it~
